Veilca Refund Policy

At Veilca, we are committed to making sure you love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Please note:

  • Sale items and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, we offer free exchanges (within the 14-day window). Please contact us to initiate the process.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email support@veilca.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned without authorization
