⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

🌍 International Orders & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

  • Veilca is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, please contact us at support@veilca.com.


❗ Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
